APPLY HERE BY FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM: https://forms.gle/oiaSujcYy6w249Za6 YOU WILL FIND MORE INFO ON THE MISSION HERE : https://urlr.me/f2c35D The mission takes place in the MFR of Annecy, a training center for 200-300 people from 15 to 25 years old. International mobility : -Preparation and organization of workshops with and for students. -Preparation of the Mobility Evening (organization/coordination, student follow-up, layout of tools). -Help with the preparation and organization of MFR international mobilities... Sustainable development : -Raise awareness, prepare and lead events on sustainable development for and with students. In a transversal way: -Presentation of oneself and one's culture in the various training courses of the MFR -Preparation and organization of residential activities (cooking, philosophy café, lakeside walks,..)... Logi, mad og transport

 The volunteer will be housed at the Bernard Chevron residence in Annecy, a 5-minute walk from the MFR. Annecy is well known for the quality of its environment and life. The volunteer will have a 14m² furnished room.  The volunteer receives a monthly allowance equivalent to €8 per day for pocket money (€224 to €248/month depending on the number of days in the month) + €230/month for food. Besides, volunteers are fed at the MFR in the morning, at noon and in the evening, except at weekends and except during school vacations.  Volunteers have a bicycle at their disposal.

Oplæring under aktiviteten

 Volunteers will receive a list of all the organizations offering free French courses in their area, so that they can register.  Volunteers can take a first-aid course.  Other training courses on various themes (e.g.: two-day training course in Paris on international solidarity, online training on setting up sustainable solidarity projects, online workshops on the associative world, on how to manage a budget, on public speaking, etc.) will be offered, depending on what the network has to offer at the time.

Deltagerens profil

 Great motivation for cultural exchange, human relations, communication and sharing.  Increased willingness to practice and improve French.  Willingness to practice English for international contacts as part of mobility projects and for English practice sessions.  An interest in agriculture, the environment and tourism is a plus.
