Beskrivning
DUKU is a social organization working in the Pilaitė district of Vilnius. Since 2015, we have been supporting children, young people, and families facing social challenges and situations of exclusion. As a volunteer, you will work with young people aged 14–22 and take part in three main areas: Youth centre activities – using creative and non-formal education methods with young people facing social challenges. Outdoor adventures – helping organize and participate in hikes, camps, and small-group trips for teenagers, usually every two months. Street work – spending regular time with young people in their own environment, offering activities such as sports, bike repair, conversations, music sessions in our minibus, and simply being there to listen and support. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in youth work, develop new skills, meet inspiring people, and make a meaningful difference. Go crazy with us, join the youth! 🤠
Logi, mat och transporter
A separate room in a shared apartment with other ESC volunteers; all accommodations included. A montly allowance of up to 300 euros. A monthly public transport ticket, additional expenses for projects and initiatives (discussed upon request)
Utbildning under verksamheten
- ESC volunteer community meeting and events (holidays, evenings, etc.); - on-arrival and mid-term trainings organized by the National Agency; - online language courses.

We are looking for an open-minded, motivated, and responsible volunteer who enjoys working with young people and is eager to learn. Previous experience is not strictly needed— a positive attitude, initiative, and an interest in youth work, outdoor activities, and community life. If you enjoy connecting with people, trying new things, and making a positive impact, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
