Project Voices Across Generations aims to strengthen connections between young people and older generations through dialogue, shared experiences, and mutual learning. By promoting solidarity, understanding, and active participation, the project encourages volunteers and local residents to build a more inclusive and connected community in Leszno. International volunteers will facilitate activities that foster intergenerational exchange, social inclusion, and community engagement. Alongside regular initiatives such as Eurocamps, CATventures, EduCATs, and school presentations, volunteers will organize workshops on equality, inclusion, anti-discrimination, civic participation, and human rights. They will also lead language cafés, sports sessions, debates, creative workshops, cultural evenings, and activities for children and youth.
