International Collaborations & Storytelling Volunteer

Beskrivelse

The volunteer will join TOG's International Projects and Relations team in Istanbul and work alongside staff on the foundation's international work. The role is built around English-language, internationally-facing tasks. Supporting current international collaborations and projects. Helping the team keep existing partnerships active, preparing materials, drafting correspondence in English, tracking project tasks and deadlines, and assisting with communication between TOG and its European and Balkan partners. Collecting stories of volunteering and impact. Talking with TOG's current and former volunteers and partners, and turning those conversations into written and visual narratives.  Supporting the planning and implementation of national and international events.  Reporting and research for fundraising. Researching potential partners, networks and funding opportunities, and helping prepare the background material, mapping and short reports the team needs to approach donors and funders.

Deltagerens profil

• A young person aged 18–30
• Strong written English
• Interest in youth work, civil society, volunteering or international cooperation.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a small team.
• Experience with content creation, social media, interviewing or storytelling is an advantage but not required.
• Curiosity about working in a different cultural context.
