Opis

THE ACTIVITIES IN THIS PROJECT ARE IN THE FIELD OF:

•            Development of culture and art, including the art of fire mime drama, community art and theatrical art for children and family audiences.

• Development of the local art (theatre and related arts) audiences
• Informal education and personal development through art.
• Building the community through artistic and cultural activities.
•  Popularization of Bulgarian art and cultural values.
• Popularization and socialization of intangible cultural heritage (Bulgarian, European, World). Transmission of the knowledge encoded in it, its richness and diversity through the generations.

• Care for the Nature, personal and community health, environmental protection, introduction of sustainable eco-practices in personal, family and community life.

   

• Intercultural exchange and understanding
• Development of the Art-Eco Center in the town of Yablanitsa and the FT’s work base in the village of Osikovitsa

Nastanitev, prehrana in prevoz

• Travel – covered in the program rules (see distance calculator),
• Food and pocket money provided, accommodation in Sofia/Botevgrad - double room- provided by our organization.

Previous special education and  background are very welcome – but not needed for you to apply.

 

 

Profil udeleženca

The tasks of the volunteers will be related to assistance (as part of our team) in the

• preparation and implementation of the art projects and all activities of the organization
• dissemination of information about and popularization of the art projects and all activities of the organization
• registration (photo, video, surveys, etc.)

and/or

• direct involvement as part of the creative team (scenographer-performer, costume designer, hairdresser, makeup artist, performer or actor on stage, etc.) and/or the technical and support team (assembly and disassembly of the stage space and decor, lighting, sound, multimedia, backstage assistance, etc.) in organized by our organization public art events, such as:
• performances, art actions and performances, master classes and workshops, creative laboratories
• trainings, exchanges, open for the non-specialized public workshops, discussions, education, art actions and events
• artistic and cultural activities for community building
• workshops and actions, promoting traditional crafts and cultural practices threatened with extinction.
• outdoor activities held in natural environment, educational art-eco activities aiming to introduce sustainable eco practices into personal, family and community life

Besides, the volunteer will be engaged (as part of a team or if he/she prefers - independently) also with

• Maintaining order and hygiene in the spaces where we carry out our activities (warehouses, workshop spaces, office, etc.), relocation and organization of the organization's warehouse
• Maintaining the good condition and technical serviceability of the equipment, costumes, props, puppets, masks, etc.
• Preparing before and bringing back in their place after use everything necessary for the specific spectacles, performances, actions, etc., as well as loading and unloading them into the vehicles we use in these cases
• Activities related to the development of the infrastructure and the conditions for work and implementation of the necessary activities in the Art-eco Center - Yablanitsa and the FT’s working base “Volina” in the village of Osikovitsa
• Office activities, archive maintenance, photo and video processing, preparation of promotional materials, etc.
