Created in Berlin in 1993, Eurocircle settles in Marseille in 1996. The aim of the association is to support socio-professional integration for youngsters, especially for the young people with fewer opportunities, through their involvement into international mobility projects. These educational mobility projects, incorporated to their integration path, are a unique opportunity for our public to develop social, professional and intercultural skills. Another of their goals is to stimulate the development of an intercultural European citizenship, based on the values of tolerance, equality, peace and solidarity.

Eurocircle also makes every effort to promote commitment, active involvement, intercultural dialogue and non-formal education through different projects. It gave us the opportunity to participate in the "Meet Europe" disposal of our Regional Council for several years, by doing animations in high schools : awareness to the European citizenship, to the intercultural dialogue and to international mobility. We also prepare youngsters to go abroad, with individual mobilities but also in the RAMSES project, led by the Aix-Marseille Academy, for around 400 persons every year.
Through our “Centre d’Information Europe Direct” (EDIC), we also inform the public about the European Union and its politics; we also organize events related to Europe (exhibitions, debates…).

The team, composed by 16 employees, is organized in five departments :
- Board/Administration/Comptablity
- International Youth Mobility: Professional Internships, European Voluntary Service, International Civic Service, Intercultural Exchanges, Training Courses.
- Europe: Coordinating the "Arts'R'Public" project around the street arts (from the Creative Europe Program), as well as 6 KA2 this year : DICE Diversity, GUIDE 2.0, CDR 2.0, SBCP, MATE, IHAVET.
- Training (in development): Proposals of trainings for professionals about our main topics.
- Communication/CIED: Organizing events, organizing the day of Europe in La Ciotat, inform about the European Union.

The team is supported by civic and European volunteers, who mainly help us in our informative and awareness campaigns for the youngsters.
