The Settlement's object is to manage a structure of local social development in the district of "Bas-Clichy" at Clichy sous bois.

Our organization is :

- a proximity place with family, intergenerational's capacity which welcomes all the population, ensuring social mix.
- an animation place of local social living allowing people to participate, create and make their own projects.

The "Orange Bleue" association develops its activities around five axis which are :

- social inclusion
- citizen development
- recovery self-esteem
- support for parenting
- democratic participation of people.

In its daily actions, the Settlement "l'Orange Bleue" rets on active participation of people and create its actions in a spirit of complementarity with others local structures. For exemple, in our territory, much organizations purpose a lots of activities intended to teenagers. Then, our Social Center prefers to focus activities to family, early childhood and childhood, whose local service offering is lower in the territory. That's why, in spit of the presence of several others social centers in the town, the association has the all city of Clichy-sous-bois for area of intervention
The Settlement is open to all kind of people regardless of gender, age or religion. The majority of its public comes from this district of Bas-Clichy. Then, the public of our structure il largely made up of women with young children under twelve years.
