Tkibuli District Development Fund (TDDF) is an NGO that services the town of Tkibuli and surrounding villages. TDDF aims to improve social inclusion of it's inhabitants. TDDF operates gender inclusive programs that allow local residents to explore their values and develop essential life knowledge. TDDF believes that community members putting their knowledge into action is vital for self-improvement, collaboration among men and women, and the strengthening of community life. TDDF offers community members the opportunity to participate in numerous initiatives. These initiatives come in the form of regular, community based projects, trainings and groups. Through these initiates, community members develop knowledge in topics such as volunteerism, human and civic rights, multicultural education and general individual and community development. TDDF has well developed ties with international partners and is a member of the national NGO network R-CSN. On the community level, TDDF is recognized as a vibrant and efficient organization by the local inhabitants. TDDF also enjoys a very positive relationship with the local municipality's governing body.
