The Johannes Brenz Altenpflege gGmbH is a modern service company with tradition and is based in Wolfach. We have been offering support to senior citizens and their relatives in personally difficult situations for decades. In doing so, we are guided by the Christian principles of diakonia.
Johannes Brenz Altenpflege gGmbH is committed to senior-friendly living and is dedicated to caring for those in need of care. Our services include assisted living, outpatient care at home, day care, short-term care and meals on wheels.
As of 01.10.2023, our facility will have 60 fully inpatient places. In order to maintain or enable the greatest possible independence for the residents of our nursing home, activation is incorporated to a large extent in every activity, task and measure performed on the resident. The focus of our efforts is to individually challenge and guide the resident according to his or her resources, without overtaxing him or her.
In close cooperation between nursing staff, doctors, physiotherapists and massage therapists, a treatment and care plan is drawn up for our residents.
The Brenzheim is home to elderly people with various physical limitations and/or neurological and mental illnesses, such as Alzheimer's, apoplexy, depression, mania, dementia, confusion, HOPS, etc. The daily routines are geared to the needs of the residents.
