Beskrivelse af organisationen

Esi labs!" (translates to “Be good”) is non-governmental and non-profit organization, whose operations are based on voluntary work done by members and supporters. The organization has been created with the aim to support and promote active citizenship in society; emphasize the importance of altruism, empathy and willingness to help; promote volunteering both locally and internationally. Most activities implemented by Esi Labs are targeted to young people, but all of our events are open and accessible to people of all age groups and social affiliations. As the members of our organisation are ex ESC volunteers, we are convinced that ESC and volunteering in general is a necessary opportunity to review personal values and further objectives in order to reflect on them, often leading to social sensibility and active participation. Thus said – Esi Labs actively takes part in ESC and EUAV initiatives, in order to give Latvian people the opportunity to experience self-development through volunteering. We are open to work with different target groups in order to empower the development of individuals and organizations. One of our priorities is to initiate projects and events involving people with fewer opportunities in order to improve their inclusion in society.
In addition we actively promote and organize Training Courses, including Erasmus+, for youngsters and youth workers to enhance the professional, personal and social skills and competences of the participants to empower them with the ability to actively participate in the society.
