Beskrivning av organisationen

The center was founded 20 years ago as a social assessment for children and young people with mental and physical diseases. Daily Center Lad offers services of 2 main kinds: 1. Social adaptation of the clients (social integration, developing of skills to cope independently among society, including visiting town buildings such as shops, banks, hospitals, libraries, what helps them to develop social dialogues). 2. Daily support for mentally and physically handicapped children and young people by organizing activities of abilitation and rehabilitation, developing individual skills for daily needs (essential skills, for instance, to wash hands, to eat, to get dressed, to make the bed, to cook independently).
30 clients (12 children and 18 adults) attend Daily Center Lad from Monday to Friday. Center's working hours are 7.00 - 17.00.
