Good Cause is a Social Cooperative based in the city of Kalamata. Good Cause has as its main focus projects related to computer science. These projects may include creating and maintaining web pages, applications, and advertisements. Our goal is to use modern technology to raise public awareness on issues such as animal care, solidarity, environmental awareness, social inclusion, mental health and the dissemination of digital solutions to the problems it faces the modern society. The main purpose of our website, www.goodcause.gr, is to help promote and disseminate to the general public the work of philanthropic organizations, animal welfare associations, environmental protection organizations and cultural associations, the action of which focuses on the development of living standards of our society and our planet. We gathered together as many organizations as possible in order to enable Internet users without a long search to get in touch with a variety of organizations and to find within them the purpose they are interested in helping, volunteering or contributing to their cause. All the charitable foundations in our website are accompanied by a description of their operation and the work they perform, as well as contact details so you can easily find out about their action and contact them if you choose to support them and their help. In addition, all charitable actions, events and news that come to our hands and are related to charity, animal welfare, the environment or culture are being directly promoted to the relevant newscasts of our website so that we can help in spreading to the wider public.
