DOTS is a non-governmental organization, our mission is to promote lifelong learning for socially disadvantaged individuals, and to support learning opportunities within public and private organizations and institutions with the aim of stimulating the development of local communities and regions.
DOTS promote the development of educational projects aimed at social, economic and cultural development through social innovation and lifelong learning opportunities for local and regional stakeholders.
We support the encouragement of professional, community and organizational development through the creation of spaces for sharing good practices and networking with local and international partners.
We support social initiatives and we promote and organize activities such as: research, consultancy, study visits, training, seminars and conferences, enabling the identification and sharing of practices, networking and the creation of innovation ecosystems at local and regional level.
