Beskrivelse af organisationen

Association First Act is created to:
- Accomplishing creative art projects (plays, performances, Theatrical and Para-Theatrical acts) in collaboration with local
and international artists;
- Building up a network of contemporary artists for mutual support and collaboration. It will enable social inclusion of the
participants and construction of base platforms for development of the artists future and collective efforts;
- Create new applications for the Art in education, mass communication and social development;
- Establish environment of mutual acquaintanceship and collaboration for its members (guarantee the rights and protect
the work of the team. Along with all other participants and volunteers engaged in accomplishing the ‘First Act’ Association
goals);
- Active creative mobility (Active mobility of creative ideas), encouraging communication and collaboration as well as
preservation of the European cultural and linguistic diversity;
- Coordinate meetings and seminars between Bulgarian and foreign professionals in the field of art and performance,
which aim enrichment of their skills and form new stable intercultural relations;
- Organize and promote initiatives and artistic activities with experimental nature;
- Exploration and development of new alternative spaces for artistic and cultural events.
We want to involve and support:
- young people
- people from different social and ethnic groups
- Artists in the beginning of their path, looking for ways to reach and communicate to the society
- young people looking for involving causes to support
In the first half year since the creation of the association we started a performance project that involved more than 10
youths. The project includes workshops,
training and working on a real project that will be performed.
