We offer sustainable vegetable cultivation in the Stralsund / Rügen region with Stralsund solidarity farming. In the harvest community, we share our produce within the group. Our offer appeals to people from all social classes who value regional supplies and sustainably produced food. People regain access to their food and can play an active role in shaping it. It is important to us that the harvest sharers socialize with each other. To this end, we organize harvest events and joint celebrations and try to spread the idea of community-supported agriculture by presenting ourselves at various events and networking. On the farm itself, the focus is on manual work, which takes place a lot in the fresh air. In spring and summer, the focus is on work such as planting, harvesting, sorting and distributing vegetables. But educational work with children and young people and public relations work are also part of this. In the fall and winter, projects are planned and followed up and materials are processed.
At Solawi Stralsund, we are open to all people regardless of their background, educational background, orientation or other prerequisites. We try to break down barriers - the focus is on your motivation and the will to gain new learning experiences.
