Beskrivelse af organisationen

NGO SATELLITE is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering and supporting young people aged 13-35 to actively participate in their communities, foster personal development, and contribute to positive social change. Our aims are promoting the formation of a safe, educated, socially conscious, morally and culturally developed society in Ukraine, ensuring the acquisition of new knowledge, expanding the educational horizons of young people, their acquisition of intercultural and intersectional experience and other educational interests. Promotion of the ideas of non-formal education, training, through the exchange of experience among Ukrainian and international youth, as well as expanding the opportunities of young people and helping them develop basic soft skills. Members of our organization are mainly devoted young people with unique and interesting backgrounds. They have experience and are responsible for the educational content of our activities on local and international levels. Some have previously been involved in designing and facilitating trainings and activities carried out in the context of various Ukrainian and EU Programs.
Their competencies are used to prepare the participants for intercultural experiences, help the group maximize the learning outputs, and assist the implementation team in disseminating results, providing higher visibility of the project and exploitation of the results.
