The Earth Collective is a breeding ground for the development of a new, sustainable society and economy where natural laws and human needs are aligned, and where healthy, natural living is achieved. We support the Earth in becoming its own again, consciously managed and developed by its enterprising residents, and in alignment with the needs of the community.
As a locally organised community, we focus on social cohesion, healthy food production, reducing CO2 emissions and waste, and enhancing soil life and biodiversity, contributing to a sustainable, healthy Earth. We take responsibility for our thoughts, actions, and feelings, aiming to find solutions where all elements hold equal value.
With ten years of fostering our principles Liberty, Equality, and Togetherness, we provide a safe, natural space to guide and inspire individuals a wish to reconnect with nature (laws) and/ or struggle to find their place in society, interested in off-grid living, food forest cultivation, and food sovereignty. Our main activities include maintaining food forests & community vegetable garden, nursing trees, sustainable building and maintaining of the houses and managing daily off the grid life.
Our community (± 14 people) owns ten off-grid houses situated within a diverse food forest near a river. You will be offered one of the houses to live and practice off the grid living, with guidance of our experienced community members. In the house of the coordinator is a WiFi internet connection.
