Opis organizacije

The Anglo-German Business Academy (ANOA) is a secondary vocational school based in Prague with around 300 students and 24 permanent teachers. As an economic school with an international orientation, we provide high-quality education in business, economics, and foreign languages, especially English and German. Our aim is to prepare young people not only for professional careers but also for active and responsible citizenship. Our school community is strongly engaged in both educational and extracurricular activities. We hold Erasmus+ VET accreditation and participate in eTwinning, Erasmus+ KA2 projects, and the Visegrad Fund. We are committed to international cooperation and intercultural dialogue. Besides academic learning, we encourage our students to develop solidarity and civic responsibility. A good example is our long-term partnership with the Volunteering Centre of the Central Military Hospital in Prague, where our students regularly participate in volunteer activities, including organizing cultural events such as an Advent concert. Our main target group are secondary school students aged 15–19, many of whom face challenges with language learning, motivation, or limited opportunities for individual support. Through our programmes, we aim to give them opportunities for personal growth, teamwork, and solidarity, while also engaging them in cultural, social, and volunteering activities both at local and international level.
