Elysium+ is a non-profit, youth-oriented organisation active in the field of non-formal education, international mobility, and volunteering. The organisation works to support the personal, social, and civic development of young people by providing learning opportunities that promote inclusion, active participation, and intercultural understanding. The main aim of Elysium+ is to empower young people to develop competences, confidence, and a sense of responsibility towards their communities and society. The organization promotes European values, solidarity, human rights, active citizenship, digital skills, and environmental awareness, and encourages young people to engage in democratic and community life. Elysium+ carries out its activities within the frameworks of the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+. Its main activities include volunteering projects, youth exchanges, training courses, and solidarity initiatives at local and international level. The organisation applies learner-centred, participatory, and inclusive approaches, with attention to mentoring, safeguarding, and quality learning processes throughout all project phases. The organisation works primarily with young people aged 18–30, including those with fewer opportunities, such as young people facing social, economic, geographical, or educational challenges. Elysium+ also cooperates with youth workers, volunteers, and partner organizations to support capacity building and international cooperation.
