Alliance of Women with Disabilities is a non-governmental organization committed to empowering women and girls with disabilities and promoting their full participation in society. The organization works to advance gender equality, human rights, and social inclusion, addressing the specific challenges faced by women with disabilities. Our main activities include capacity-building trainings, awareness-raising initiatives, advocacy for inclusive and gender-sensitive policies, and community-based support programs. We focus on strengthening leadership skills, improving access to education and employment opportunities, and preventing discrimination, violence, and social exclusion. Our primary target group is women and girls with disabilities, particularly those from marginalized and underserved communities. We also engage youth, civil society, and local stakeholders to foster inclusive attitudes and practices. Through our work, we aim to build an inclusive, accessible, and equitable society where women with disabilities can fully realize their potential and actively contribute to their communities.
