ADRA Serbia is a humanitarian and development organisation operating since 1990 and part of the global ADRA network of national offices active in over 100 countries. As a non-profit civil society organisation based in Belgrade, ADRA Serbia works to alleviate poverty, strengthen social inclusion, and build community resilience through rights-based, community-driven approaches. The work focuses on three core areas: education, social inclusion and sustainable livelihoods. Through an integrated model, including a Community Centre and outreach services, ADRA Serbia provides non-formal education, psychosocial support, legal assistance, case management, and advocacy for vulnerable populations. ADRA Serbia is also developing a supported housing and independent-living programme for youth leaving institutional care, designed to national standards and currently awaiting the operating licence. Our core programmes address homelessness response (outreach, basic services, reintegration support), Roma inclusion through education and community programmes, and youth empowerment. Prevention work in the area of homelessness is limited to the supported housing programme for youth leaving institutional care, designed to standards and currently awaiting operating licence. The organisation works to promote dignity and long-term social inclusion for people facing socio-economic vulnerability.
