Levntura is a youth mobility and cultural exchange organization based in Amman, Jordan, with regional presence in Cairo, Egypt. Founded in 2018, we have supported more than 7,000 young people across 20+ countries through volunteering, educational mobility, language learning, internships, and professional development. Our aim is to expand access to international opportunities for young people who face real, compounding barriers, economic pressure, geographic distance from mobility hubs, limited awareness of available programs, and family concerns that often come with being the first in their circle to consider going abroad. Our main activities include outbound volunteering, J1 USA work and travel programs, language learning, internships, mentorship workshops, youth outreach, information sessions, and partnerships with universities, schools, and youth organizations across Jordan. Our target group is young people aged 18 to 30, with a specific focus on those who would not independently find or access international opportunities: first-generation students, graduates in early career transition, youth from governorates outside Amman, and young people facing economic constraints that exclude them from fee-based mobility options. For these young people, structured international experience is rarely a given, it takes real guidance, consistent preparation, and follow-through from an organization that understands their context. Through ESC, our role is to be that bridge.
