The Maison Familiale et Rurale of Loudéac (MFR) is a private non-profit association located in Brittany. The MFR provides vocational block release trainings in the fields of agriculture, services to people and forestry. We welcome around 300 students each year : they stay at school for 15 days and they work in companies for 15 days. They are between 14 and 20 years old. At the MFR, students attend general classes as French course, English course, history course, mathematics course,.. But their main motivations are following vocational courses and you would have many occasions to stand by the teachers. The main missions proposed to the ESC are : 1-Animation : European cultural awareness. 2-Animation : Promotion of European mobility 3-Organisation of special events
Majutus, toitlustus, transport
You’ll have the possibility to have lunch and dinner at the canteen of the MFR whenever you want, the school is in charge of renting a flat in the city centre, possibility to rent a bike. Work from Monday to Friday, our schedules are flexible which means it can change every week but we’ll do our best to find the solution that suits to everyone. Possibility to follow a French class (in order to learn French) in St Brieuc.

At the beginning of the mission, you will have an interview with the team of tutors and the director in order to set the objectives but also to listen to their expectations.You will be in the same office as the Mobility tutor and the Animation tutor. You will have a laptop with internet access for professional purposes : carrying out missions related to the contract, deepening your personal project, writing of the Youthpass... On the first week, you will meet the whole team :direction, teachers, animation team. You’ll get formal meetings with the tutors and the director all along the mission

The MFR of Loudéac is looking for a man/a woman between 21 and 30 years old. Having a driving license can be an advantage. We're asking for a A2+/B1 level in English and in French.(S)he should know how to use basic computer tools such as microsoft word, excel.(S)he should be creative, enthusiastic about new projects and curious. (S)he likes to work with teenagers between 14 and 20 years old, wants to share about her/his culture and wants to lead (or being part of) projetcs with the teens.
