EU.Motion 20.24 is a project by Associação Mais Cidadania, that aims to address low youth participation in decision-making processes and tackle cultural integration and social exclusion. We're seeking someone with the desire to learn and explore new skills that would be available to join our team for 7 months. This person will be responsible for developing content for our communication and activities at a local youth center. They will be challenged daily to create engaging social media content, focusing on the promotion of ESC programme and SDGs, staying updated with online trends, and contributing to our digital presence. They'll also collaborate on our youth magazine, and assist in events. Once that is also a project focus on community, the volunteer will also have to plan, design and lead youth activities at the Youth Center +Skillz, and participate in various summer activities, including camps. Majutus, toitlustus, transport
As established by the European Solidarity Corps, all volunteers have the right to accommodation, pocket money and food allowance, as well transportation. At the beginning of each month, the volunteer will receive the pocket money in cash and, 5 to 7 days later, the food allowance. Besides this, will acquire too, a monthly pass allowing they to use all the public means of transportation (metro, elevator, tramway and bus).
Koolitused tegevuse ajal
The volunteer will take part into all activities foreseen in the Volunteering Training and Evaluation Cycle in the Hosting Country and, in the Volunteering meetings proposed by the Sending Organisation and/or National Agencies.
Osaleja profiil
The ideal volunteer for this role should be someone who is creative, flexible, organized, and capable of quick adaptation. It can be someone with already some experience in developing digital content, however and most important, we are looking for someone enthusiastic about learning and explore new skills. Additionally, they should be committed to actively engaging in all dimensions of AMC's work, from office tasks to collaborating with local partners and participating in meetings, training courses, and seminars.
