The project will allow the hosting of 1 volunteer for 12 months. They will support our International Project Management team at DYPALL Network in key areas of our work. We are a European network of civil society organisations, municipalities and research institutions dedicated to improving democracy through youth participation. We work with EU-funded projects related to youth participation, youth work and youth mobility. The selected volunteer will be involved in non-formal educational activities, support in EU project management, project writing, event organisation, and other activities.
Ubytování, stravování, doprava
Regarding accommodation, we will rent an apartment for the volunteer, ensuring that he/she will have a single room (or a room shared with another person of the same gender), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Internet connection will be provided to facilitate communication with family and friends. The house will be in the city centre, a short distance from the DYPALL Network's office. Regarding food, we will support you with food allowance and pocket money for an amount of 310€.
Odborná příprava během činnosti
The selected volunteer will need to have pre-departure and face-to-face training. We will have an online meeting with the volunteer. In addition to this preparation process, we will have internally at least two interim training related to the volunteer project and several evaluation moments, as well as a final evaluation of the project. We also guarantee the participation of the volunteers in the training provided by the Portuguese National Agency, included in the training cycle.
Profil účastníka
We will give priority to volunteers with few opportunities or in situations of long-term unemployment, we will select the volunteers that are included in the list of volunteers registered in the European Solidarity Corps. We are looking for a motivated volunteer, interested in EU project management and specifically in Youth Participation, Democracy and Active Citizenship. The volunteer must be dynamic, creative and enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment, responsible and friendly.
