AlianzaPorLaSolidaridad, ActionAid member, aims to achieve active citizenship that fights against inequalities and for the recognition of human rights. It carries out development cooperation and education projects to eradicate gender-based violence, enhance migrants'rights, strengthen civil society and climate justice. Join us at our office in Mauritania! You will have the chance to work with a great team of professionals. You will support in project formulation, preparation of narrative and financial reports, manage relevant information to justify actions and liaise with other organisations and donors. You will support local team in carrying out activities as well as in coordinating events and meetings with local civil society’s exponents. Moreover, you will assist local team in field activities (follow-up meetings with local organizations and capacity building sessions). At the end of the experience, you will increase your knowledge regarding project cycle and management in the field

Ubytování, stravování, doprava

The volunteer will share accommodation with other volunteers in a multicultural environment with access to her/ his own individual bedroom. The accommodation costs and utility bills will be covered by the organization. To cover all day-to-day costs such as food the volunteer will be provided with a monthly allowance of 596,27 €. For your participation in the activities of Alianza, a vehicle will be provided. Furthermore, you will have a health insurance that will cover all your health expenses during your stay. We have built the most favourable environment to provide you with a unique stay

Odborná příprava během činnosti

As a volunteer in Alianza you will receive training which will cover topics such as: induction to our ONG as well as an induction to the European Solidarity Corps programme. In addition, you will be trained more specifically in feminist leadership and our own working policies. In the end of your volunteering, you will know how to work in a multidisciplinary team, both on the field and in the office, as well as you will have had acquired specific training related to the projects we implement strengthening your professional profile in areas such as agro-ecology, social action or women's rights

Profil účastníka

We are looking for a person eager to learn and work in a team and able to adapt to new contexts. We are looking for a person with knowledge in the area of civil society and financial and technical management of projects. We are looking for a motivated person who's looking forward to work in the field with the beneficiary population and to contribute his/her knowledge in the implementation of projects. Experience in the project cycle would also be an advantage. French is a must and Spanish is an asset. If you are migrant, live in rural areas, have limited economic support or any other don´t hesitate to sign up, this opportunity is for everyone! *IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PARTICIPATED IN ESC MOBILITY, BE AWARE THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO APPLY FOR MORE THAN 12 TOTAL MONTHS*
