“Aviliukas” is a municipality-established kindergarten for children aged 1 to 6. We respect every individual and value their uniqueness. Our approach is based on experiential learning, aiming to create an educational environment everywhere, all the time. We are a modern organization with a creative, tolerant team, open to other cultures and eager to show young people what working in a kindergarten is like.
Ubytování, stravování, doprava
The volunteer will receive free accommodation during their stay and a private room in a shared apartment. You will have a monthly ticket for public transportation and monthly food and pocket money. * If needed, we can provide support and provide food products.
Odborná příprava během činnosti
- Volunteering group meetings once a month; - Meeting with a mentor once a month; - On-arrival and mid-term training; - Online language learning; - Participating in public solidarity events; - Organization of info/promo solidarity events.

Do you love spending time with young children and have a passion for creativity, play, and learning? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated volunteer to join our team and support our work with children aged 3 to 6 years old. We’d love to meet you if you are: *Active, creative, and full of positive energy *Communicative and comfortable speaking in English *Emotionally intelligent and open to all kinds of children’s emotions — both the sunny smiles and the stormy days *Ready to collaborate with both children and staff *Living a healthy lifestyle — no smoking, alcohol, or other substances during work hours Excited to contribute your time and talents to a supportive, welcoming environment PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV AND MOTIVATIONAL LETTER IN ENGLISH. PLEASE NOTE, THAT ACCODING TO LITHUANIA'S LAW, WE WILL HAVE TO PREPARE YOU THE QR CODE WHICH SHOWS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY CRIMINAL HISTORY TO BE ABLE TO WORK WITH CHILDREN.
