Prancing Platypus Camp
Hnuti Brontosaurus
Hroní Kounice, Česká Republika
Popis
Come and join us on a camp where you will climb out of your shell to meet new people, try new things, and get busy as a bee helping to restore an old anabaptist residence. Don’t be an ostrich and sign up for the Prancing Platypus Camp to perk up! Prancing Platypus is a great opportunity to meet new people and better understand their origins. Together, we will experience 14 days full of adventures, volunteer work, new experiences, and, most importantly, new friendships. You also get a tremendous opportunity to learn more about local culture and traditions. The camp is designed to learn more about the cultures of other participants.
Ubytování, stravování, doprava
The camp will take place in Alinkov - an old anabaptist residence near a small village Čermákovice Czech Republic. We will be sleeping on-site - on the ground in the building (a mat and a sleeping bag are a necessity) or outside in tents (in that case, bring your own tent). We will all sleep in one shared room (the sleeping area is gender mixed). Cooking will be done mainly on fire or a portable stove.
There will be a dry toilet only and no shower (hygiene will be done in buckets or the river). Mobile network is available only for calling and SMS.
