Vindi is a modern Kindergarten located in Tallinn. Our motto is: "A JOYFUL, CREATIVE AND BRAVE CHILD." The Kindergarten has 9 groups with Estonian, Russian and international kids. We value: Estonian-language education – we value Estonian culture and folk traditions while also introducing the customs of other nations, using early language immersion principles. Inclusive education – ensuring equal educational opportunities for all children, including the support of children with special needs. Multicultural environment – children of different nationalities enrich everyday life, supported by conditions for developing language and social readiness. Cooperation – our shared goal is children's wellbeing and favourable conditions for development, built on shared values of growth, creativity, openness and cooperation. Majutus, toitlustus, transport
Accommodation is either in a university dormitory private room or a shared apartment with other volunteers. Transportation and local transport is covered by the coordinating organization. The volunteer will receive monthly food and pocket money.
Koolitused tegevuse ajal
All necessary training will be conducted by other staff members in the Kindergarten. ESC Estonian National Agency will organize on-arrival and mid-term meetings for the volunteer.
Osaleja profiil
We wish to meet volunteers who are fun, committed, respectful, and with good manners. Volunteers who love playing with kids and who are interested in the child development process. Basic English is needed.
