Deskrizzjoni

Poetas do Futuro is an educational non-profit cooperative, funded in June 2010. Its activities occur inside of the Conde de Oeiras school. The aims of Poetas do Futuro are: - facilitate the access of students to after class activities, while ensuring monitoring their school work along the school terms; - encourage socialization, conducting group, sports, cooperation and exchanges activities, seeking an healthy and civic growth, out of the school terms. Poetas do Futuro provides support to students from 5th to 9th grade of two public schools. It also promotes international exchanges and cooperation with other social solidarity entities.

Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport

ProAtlântico provides €5 per day for food and extra expenses (eg. cleaning materials) during non-working time. Volunteer can use the food money to buy food, cook in the apartment, eat in a restaurant, etc). During working time the receiving organization provides meals in the organization which is based on a Mediterranean diet. ProAtlântico provides accommodation in apartment (with 6/8 volunteers in total), University residence, hostel or hosting family, Casa Europa, multiple bedroom with fully equipped kitchen,toilet, laundry facilities and living room

Taħriġ matul l-attività

During the project, volunteers will have different trainings (work with children, Youthpass, etc) Volunteers will participate in trainings promoted by National Agency.

Volunteers must be: -very human, -self motivated, -proactive, -creative, -with handwork skills, -very flexible
