Organisatsiooni kirjeldus:

Kohila Vallavalitsus(Kohila Municipality) is local parish goverment with approximately 7000 inhabitants. Kohila Vallavalitsus is subordinating 14 different organizations related to education and culture. Due to its proximity to Tallinn, Kohila is an area with a growing population. There is good bus and train connection to Tallinn and the county center Rapla.
The municipality has a diverse cultural life and an active and proactive community.
ECS volunteers will be implemented within the framework of this project mainly in the youth center, kindergarten and school. Although the applicant for the project is Kohila Vallavalitsus, we also involve in the project a private general education school, Kohila Manor School. The volunteers partially perform their service also there. Volunteers are involved in events organized by the local parish goverment, youth center, kindergarten and school.
Education and youth have always been a priority of Kohila Vallavalitsus. The local parish government is interested in involving foreign volunteers in supporting the development of their subordinate staff as well as children and young people, and in promoting European values.
