Mosaico social cooperative currently has 45 members / employees; It was established in 2001 in Fabriano, encouraged by social cooperative type B “il Tulipano”, offering personal services. The cooperative develops its activities through the following steps: observation of the needs; planning; testing and replanning. The main goal of the cooperative is to collect local needs related to disadvantaged groups, plan and manage personal services to meet the identified needs. Mosaico provides services for public and private organizations in the following areas: In Fabriano: Childhood: managing a kindergarten in Fabriano, managing of pre-school and after-school within institutions Minors at risk: home educational assistance to minors and families living in the municipality of Fabriano and Cervia Adolescents and young people: Youth centers: from 14 to 29 years - school workshops about preventing pathological addictions recreational educational centers: from 6 to 14 years 4. Disability: management of social educational centre for rehab “Emporio guazzabuglio” 5. Mental problems: management of the services offered to adults with psychiatric disorders In Cervia: 1. Information desks: places where young people and women can inform themselves about topics of their interest, active citizens (for the management and organization of individual volunteering). 2. Cultural centers: cultural center “Scambiamenti” in Cervia 3.Management of the multi-functional space “sala malva” in Cervia Association Mosaico works in a direct contact with young people on daily basis. It had its volunteers, but never in a structured way, but working always on different projects. Volunteers will have the opportunity to work in different places: 1- In “Casa sull'Albero”, a nursery that provides food and accommodation for kids from 13 months to 3 years, authorised by the Municipality of Fabriano, inspired by the pedagogical approach based on educational experience of other nurseries from Reggio Emilia 2- Iris Garden. Education center, bilingual kindergarten (italian - english) for kids from 3 to 6 years 3- Cultural center “Scambiamenti”
