Organisatsiooni kirjeldus:

transfer e.V. is a non-profit association based in Cologne, Germany. Since 1987 transfer e.V. is recognized as an independent child and youth services provider. The organisation aims to strengthen young people in the development of their individual skills. For that purpose, projects to foster their abilities to analyze, to reason and to decide are developed. transfer e.V. creates suitable frameworks and contributes to reducing structural inequality. To achieve these goals, transfer e.V. offers consulting, trainings and networking services for professionals and organizations working with young people. Our main activities are in the field of international youth work, health promotion, inclusion and diversity education as well as active citizenship. We offer a broad range of opportunities to network, for cooperation and content related events for experts of several sectors and educational systems. These activities contribute to the reflection and further development of pedagogical work as well as to the improvement of structures and framework conditions for the benefit of children and adolescents.
