Beskrivelse af organisationen

Topophone is a Cultural Actions Pole deploying a program of access to music within the priority and rural territories of the Occitanie region.

Topophone's objectives are to:
- Generalize access to musical practice
- Promote music for young audiences in priority and rural areas
- Organize and structure the musical offer for young people

Topophone structures its work around 4 axis:
- Artistic and cultural education: Topophone works with schools and specialized structures as part of a Musical Creation Program.
- Music education: Topophone sets up a system to facilitate access to music education.
- Cultural dissemination: Topophone is setting up a system to promote artistic dissemination in priority and rural areas of the Occitanie region.
- Structuring cultural action: Topophone is developing a European collaboration and cooperation network for players specializing in cultural action.

In 2023, 5405 young people benefit from this program.

Here is a presentation of Topophone's target groups:
- Topophone's 1st target group is made up of young people aged 7 to 18. They live in the priority and rural areas of Haute-Garonne.
- Topophone's 2nd target group is made up of culture, youth and education professionals in Europe.
