You 4 Youth is a 10-month volunteering experience in Grottaminarda, supporting Cripta Maynarda in expanding its cultural and social activities. With the help of two volunteers, the project aims to strengthen partnerships and promote volunteering as a tool for community cohesion, solidarity, and active citizenship. Volunteers will stay in a shared apartment in the heart of Grottaminarda, fully equipped for a comfortable experience: 🏡 Accommodation details: Each volunteer will have a single bed in a shared double room, along with blankets, two sets of sheets, and a pillow. Personal storage space, including a wardrobe, bedside table, and desk with a lamp. A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, oven, stove, pantry, and all necessary utensils (cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, and pans). You'll be living in a cozy and well-furnished space, right in the center of town!

Join us for an exciting experience where you'll actively contribute to community life while developing valuable skills! 🌍 Your Role: ✅ Support and assist the association’s daily activities, including team meetings with the youth work group. ✅ Manage the Open Space and Co-Working area. ✅ Help run youth information desks to support local young people. ✅ Organize cultural events to engage and inspire other youth. ✅ Plan and lead environmental recovery initiatives. ✅ Coordinate multicultural and international events on a monthly basis.
Профил на участника
The volunteers should be woman between 18 and 26 years old. Characteristic: open to other cultures, the spirit of initiative, independent and tolerant. It is also preferable that they have a basic knowledge of the English language. One volunteer must have competencies in dance and art. One volunteer must have competencies in graphic design and drawing.
