We applied for funding with a polish partner organisation. Therefore we can only consider applications from people living in Poland! You are going to support our activities in the field of international youth exchanges and civic eduation. Apart fom that we encourage you to carry out your own project with the help of our pedagogical staff. Some work will take place at the seminar house: You assist in preparing/implementing our activities: organise the seminar rooms, assist children/youth groups in selforganisation, look after them, be a point of contact and explain educational activities. Beside, there will be office-related tasks: Helping to acquire participants, documentation, research on topics or practical information, collecting data or represent our organisation and our offers for young people on events. Your work will be very varied if you are ready to take own initiative, bring in ideas and the motivation to realise them. Please check our website before applying!

Настаняване, хранене и транспорт

Your are going to live in an own appartment – either in Berlin ( notice: it's a 1 hour drive by public transport to work one way) or Potsdam (small studio in a sidebuildung of our seminarhouse) – the final decision ist not yet taken. You get monthly money for food. during seminars you are envolved it can be necessary that you take part at the common meals as the rest of the team. For you mobility within Potsdam we will hand out a monthly ticket for public transport. If your accomodation is in Berlin you will also have a monthly ticket for Berlin.

Обучение по време на дейността

We highly appreciate your attendence at our yearly qualification seminar for trainers for international youth exchanges to get to know methods, foster important skills and understand our pedagogical focus and principles. Furthermore you can always, in agreement with us, attend other trainings and seminars at HochDrei. If necessary we provide language support so that you will soon be able to work in german language and live your life in Germany.

Project with polish sending organisation: application only considered if you come from Poland (nationality doesn't matter!) You.. - agree with the main principles of our association (diversity/gender equality) - are open towards our target groups (children, youth, refugees…). - should be willing to learn and try new things. - should be fine with working sometimes on weekends – in exchange for free days during the week. Every interest or skill you bring is welcome and we are happy if we can make use of it in our work. We don't expect any special work experience/education background.
