Deskrizzjoni
Objectives of the project are: *facilitate the social integration of marginalized young people by participating in project activities. *improving skills and acquiring new abilities by the 5 ESC volunteers participating in project activities during the 12 months of mobility, *sensibilization and raising awareness of young people from Baia Mare on the importance of combating prejudgments and stereotypes through activities carried out by ESC volunteers in the Baia Mare community during 12 months of mobility, Target groups: - Disadvantaged communities (Roma, villages, etc.),migrants
Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
Accommodation: In apartment well furbished with everything, 2 people of same gender in room, situated in the center of town. The project covers the costs for food and pocket money (240 euro to be given monthly to the volunteer), accommodation, transport (local included) and activities, in accordance with the ESC program.The volunteer will receive a refund for the ticket, when he/she arrives to Baia Mare and during the project, when transportations are used for the activities.
Taħriġ matul l-attività
Participation in volunteer training meetings; participating in language courses and mentoring meetings ; intercultural evenings; - attending OAT and MTE sessions (On Arrival Training and Mid Term Evaluation) organized by Romanian National Agency - attending training sessions for working with children and young people in the target group- realities, characteristics, needs, specific, appropriate approaches in working with them, planning their activities in the camps, dividing responsibilities and preparing the necessary materials -general training in organisation on arrival

We have set an orientation profile and some selection criteria for volunteers who will be interested in our volunteer offer. Most important are: to be willing to learn. to want to work with our target groups, to work in team, to be open-minded, active, dinamic.
