The ideas of the project were inspired by multifaceted benefits, positive changes that were brought by experience gained by various organizations in the international volunteering field. Volunteering facilitates the use of non-formal education ideas in practical activities and encourages its self-education. The project invites everyone to take an enthusiastic step towards professional and human experience for making a better future and to discover their potential of creating a better worldview for a young person. New people in an organization always brings innovative ideas, knowledge, experience for various target groups in a city as Klaipėda helps to discover the variety of different beliefs and attitudes and interest in active life. Настаняване, хранене и транспорт
In a Voluntary Activity project, the Commission covers costs like accommodation, Food and pocket money, travel. All volunteers are insured by the Commission against sickness. The volunteer is going to be paid pocket money each month. He/She will live with other Klaipėda volunteers in an apartment.
Обучение по време на дейността
Before coming he/she will have the pre-departure session in this country and when come to Lithuania will have an on-arrival and mid-term training. Training will be about volunteering experience and Youthpass certificate. In Klaipeda City Municipality Imanuelis Kantas library she/he can learn about Lithuanian culture and traditions, know how to organize and implement activities for various target groups, have a clearer idea of what they want to do in the future and realize themselves as volunteers in different activities.

Aged 18-30; Volunteers who would cherish and appreciate the opportunity given to them and regard it as a valuable experience to learn and improve themselves. The volunteers should be able to dedicate their time and effort to the receiving organizations and their communities. The receiving organizations hope that future volunteers will be active, positive, communicative, and ready to help and learn.
