The MJCI in Aÿ is an association in the field of children, youth and cultural activities. It's composed of peoples who want to support the young and all people through different kind of activities: well being activities, day-care and extra-school activities, events, spectacles,sustainable development activities,... The volunteer's missions will take place in those fields of activities. His/her main mission will be to propose activities about culture, languages, arts and help in the animation of thematic times within the MJC (topics according to his/her center of interest and MJCI needs) The mission of the volunteer will be divided in different times: Monday: he/she will come at the FRMJC office in Reims to meet other volunteers and coordinator project for follow up and training. Wednesday + 2 other days: he/she will take part of the extra school activities and the MJCI activities and after a time to discover the organisation, he/she can propose his/her own activities.
Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
The volunteer share a flat in Reims with other volunteer. The flat count 1 bedroom for each volunteer and common places (living-room, bathroom, kitchen) and is fully equipped (cover, towel, washing machine, oven, plates, wifi, bike...). The flat is close to groceries, pharmacy, train and bus station. The MJCI in Ay is 30 min away from the flat by train. the volunteer will receive 210€ per month for pocket money and 55€ per week for food. The transports of the volunteer will be mostly by train but a car can be lent if needed.
Taħriġ matul l-attività
The volunteers will participate in the training cycle organised by the national agencies. Depending on his/her motivations and opportunities, the following trainings can be considered with our staff : -training in cultural activities (how can he/her peak about culture with young people, participating in the organisation of events, radio animation, ...) -Training in educational activities (how to support youngster projects, project methodology) - French lessons ...
Profil tal-parteċipant
We search someone motivate, curious, sociable, ready to share his experience with other young people and the team. The volunteer need to be interested in cultural activities and/or working with children and ready to share his energy. This mission is mainly for people open minded, flexible, good listener, who are able to develop specific animation actions according to the wishes of the population. The MJC is based in rural area most of the inhabitant speak only French so we search someone with B1 level of French minimum and a driving licence is needed.
