WHAT you learn and what you gain from this experience: -Training with experienced facilitators and experts on the methods and topics to make the implementation of activities easy(non-formal education, planning, management, etc) - Induction in the community and meeting all the partners (mayor, school principals, NGO leaders) - Creating evaluation means for the activities - Access to technology and tools that support the implementation - Car that can take you around the communities and for your free time - Mentoring - one person that will offer you the moral and emotional support - Cultural experiences in the community and nearby communities WHAT you will do in the community: - You will be running fun and engaging non-formal education in schools, high schools, educational centers and teach youngster soft-skills, inclusion, sustainability, social entrepreneurship - You will be organising activities for children and youth in several communities - Brasov si Harja, Oituz
Ubytovanie, strava a doprava
Accommodation is going to be in an apartment in Brasov with fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, water hot/cold, 2 people/room. Plane to Bucharest or Brasov airports. We will support you in getting the right transport when we know your flights/itinerary. As from 2020, the EC is encouraging all of us, participating in European mobilities, to use land transportation where is possible to avoid a higher degree of pollution by flying…so, how could you get here by land? Activities we will offer you: - Training for volunteers, offered by trainers (experts) for the implementation of activities - Mentoring and coaching - Training on Planning and project management - Train for keeping planning meetings and debriefings - Support for writing solidarity / volunteering projects in their countries

Are you willing to spend six months in beautiful Brasov and travelling around? Are you willing to get involved in communities, talk to new people, make new friends? Are you motivated to put your talents in service of the community? Are you willing to gain new skills and work in an international team? Are you speaking English at beginner level? ARE you Residing in an European Union Country or European Country? Are your aged between 18-30 years old?
