If you are a young person between 18 and 30 years old living in an EU country, interested in sports, outdoor activities and the protection of the natural environment, then this publication may be of interest to you. Active Zone Outdoor, a non-governmental and non-profit organization based in Larnaka, offers the opportunity for three young people to do paid volunteer work in Larnaka, Cyprus for the period June 2024 - May 2025 as part of the project " A3S: Active Sports Solidarity Spirit Vol IV” which is funded by the European Solidarity Corps programme. We aspire to host determined young people who are motivated to participate in Active Zone Outdoor's activities and who strive for the opportunities to learn how to use sport and outdoor activities as a tool for the development of physical and mental health of young people and the enhancement of social inclusion, cohesion and integration for young people with fewer opportunities and disabilities.
Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
* The volunteers will stay in Larnaca, close to the city center, in a 3-bedroom apartment * Monthly allowance (Food & Pocket money) of 450 euro will be given to the participant in the first 3 working days of each month * The travel expenses will be reimbursed on the basis defined by the European Commission

Continuous training on the following topics will be provided for the volunteers: * Sports and outdoor activities * Project management * Social Media management * Soft skills * Non formal education * Environmental protection * Design, organization and hosting of events
