Your daily work will be to prepare and realize workshops in schools and youth organisations about European Union, different languages and cultures from primary school to high school. You will also be able to promote environnement, digital transition, fight against discrimination, democracy by creating workshops..Furthermore you'll be an ambassador of the EU Solidarity Corps (presenting the programme to young people). In addition to this you will be presenting further programs to stay abroad (Erasmus +, DFJW/OFAJ...). You will be an ambassador of Europe and international mobility. Every year we celebrate the Europe Day, Christmas in Europe and further events (debates, conferences, webinars). You will be working together with the team to develop those events and European projects.You will also work on communication tasks (social networks, website)... Furthermore, you will be asked to create your own animations and activities about your country and your culture.
Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
You will receive pocket and food money at the beginning of each month. Accomodation will be in a youth dormitory called Habitat Jeunes Laval. You will be hosted in a fully equiped appartment with 1 other European volunteer. You will have you own room. You have the possibility to cook in your appartment or to eat in the canteen of Habitat Jeunes. Every evening Habitat Jeunes dormitory proposes animations for the inhabitants (sport evenings, cultural evening, games etc..) Transportation from home country to Laval and return will be paid up to 275€ or 360€ depending on the distance.
Taħriġ matul l-attività
National Agency in France proposes an arrival training in South of France with other volunteers and a mid-term training. At your arrival, you will get a training with the House of Europe and 3 other volunteers to get all the necessary information to put in place animations about Europe and you will have a tutor to guide you through your project.
