As a volunteer, you will engage in cooperation and humanitarian aid projects, performing monitoring and evaluation activities across various organizational projects. You will ensure adherence to required policies, tools, and guidelines. You will contribute to designing robust monitoring systems, including creating forms, data sheets, and analyzing information to track indicators effectively, and to consolidate and present reports. You will develop strategies and guidelines for monitoring, evaluation, and accountability processes within national project implementation. The position involves working from Monday to Friday, with occasional field travel.

You will have the opportunity to live in a family home with your own room, access to shared services, Wi-Fi service, and a mobile communication card. The place of residence is close to the office, has easy access to local transportation, and you will be able to interact with the communities where we develop our projects.
Обучение по време на дейността
You will gain hands-on experience in managing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities within humanitarian and development NGOs. You will expand your knowledge of reporting procedures, best practices, guidelines, and tools for effective monitoring and evaluation, with a special focus on impact assessment. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to meaningful change in global projects.
Профил на участника
A strong interest in learning about monitoring and tracking activities for cooperation projects is essential. Previous studies or experience in monitoring and evaluation roles will be highly valued. A basic level of Spanish is required.
