SWPPG is an organization established in 2005 to foster economic growth and entrepreneurship in the Gostyń region. It provides free advisory, training, and financial support services, especially focusing on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and individuals starting new businesses. SWPPG is involved in various projects promoting local employment, rural development, and business innovation through initiatives like business loans and educational programs. The volunteer will help with the projects for foreign employees. A fresh vision of volunteers will be very helpful in discovering all the disadvantages foreigners encounter when they come here. And when we find them, it's easier to overcome them. The volunteer will also help in the daily work: organizing trainings and events for local businesses, promoting local goods and companies, managing website and social media. The volunteer can also share his/her own ideas and activities for the foreigners in Gostyń.
Настаняване, хранене и транспорт
The volunteer will live in a single room with access to a kitchen and a bathroom. The room is in the same building as the office, so you only need 10 steps to reach your working place. All local transportation in Gostyń is free for everybody. The volunteer will receive money to cover food costs and pocket money. The office is near the shop, the bus station and the cultural center.
Обучение по време на дейността
At the beginning of the project, the volunteer will go to On-Arrival Training to get to know what exactly an ESC project is in practice, to know his rights and obligations and to meet volunteers from other organizations. In the middle of the project, she/he will go on Midterm Training to summarize experiences so far, get inspired and make the most of the remaining project time. Volunteer can also join all trainings in association, ex. accounting, sales, e-marketing, law, etc. The volunteer will also have Polish lessons.
Профил на участника
We would like to host volunteer who has good Ukrainian skills (eg. as a native speaker). Our clients are mostly only Polish language speakers so having BASIC POLISH language skills is a must. Speaking English/German/Russian would be an advantage as well. We would like to host a person who loves entrepreneurship, marketing, economy, international trading and global affairs. It will be nice, if a volunteer is open minded, self-motivated, self-confident, creative with an analytical mind and likes working with people.
