Deskrizzjoni

You will gain experience in administrative and financial processes and insights into project coordination in a feminist organisation committed to social change. You will provide support in: - Coordinating with local partners to track funds, resources, and consultants for reporting and invoicing. - Organising events to optimise resources for impactful work with indigenous peoples, women, youth, and vulnerable groups in Bolivia. - Assisting the team administrator with financial project monitoring, preparing reports, managing budgets, reviewing processes, and coordinating with partners. - Organising and archiving institutional documents. - Preparing requests for payments or procurement of goods and services. - Scanning and managing institutional documents.

Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport

You will have the opportunity to share accommodation with other people while having an individual bedroom. Accommodation expenses and utility bills will be covered by the organisation, and you will be provided with a phone card. The house is located close to the office. You will receive a monthly allowance of 621€ for all your personal expenses including food and local transport for Alianza purposes and be covered by Health insurance (Henner).

Taħriġ matul l-attività

Throughout your activities you will learn about the efficient management of resources within the institution and how these resources contribute to the positive transformation of populations of women, adolescents, children and indigenous peoples in Bolivia.

Profil tal-parteċipant

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive detail-orientated and trained in fields related to administration, finance and accounting. The following skills will be valued positively: leadership, time management and organisation, conflict resolution, adaptability, compromise, professional ethics, effective communication, good writing skills, sensitivity and facility to work on gender perspectives, teamwork and adaptability to the country’s context and different work environments. Good command of Microsoft Office, accounting programmes and use of internet will be positively valued. English will also be an asset. No previous work experience is necessary.
