We want to give the Youth Centre and Hostel a fresh, vibrant makeover! Our goal is to brighten up the space and make it feel even more welcoming and fun for local young people and our hostel guests. Get creative with space. Create a lively, inspiring atmosphere. Add some fresh, fun vibes to make everyone feel welcome. Let’s make our our Youth Centre and Hostel more visible! Make our Youth Centre and Hostel the go-to spot! Let's boost its visibility and get more young people to hang out, connect, and have fun! We’re looking for help to step up our digital game, especially with social media, so we can get noticed by local young people, as well as older folks who might want to get involved or benefit from what we offer. Includes: funny, engaging videos; digital marketing; social media management; creating content.
Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
Accommodation: Hostel Idrija, managed by Idrija Youth Centre. The youth center is in charge of providing a place to live for the volunteers. The volunteers will have their own room and share the kitchen and bathroom. Hostel is located 5 min walk from the historical town centre and features an amazing view with spacious summer terrace. Food:mMoney for groceries: 210€/month. Travel: Slovenia is easily accessible – by plane to Ljubljana (LJU), Graz (GRZ), Zagreb (ZAG), Trieste (TRS) or Treviso (TSF). Shuttle buses from airports to Ljubljana and hourly bus connections to Idrija.

We are looking for creative, proactive, innovative, open-minded, motivated and responsible candidates who like to work in teams, but are also independent at work. A good understanding of English The volunteers must be between 18 and 30 years old. We gladly welcome people with all social, geographical, economic, cultural, educational, and other backgrounds. Specific characteristics and skills: - Someone with an inner drive, who is creative. - Someone who is interested in being part of a local community. - Someone who knows how to work in a team. - Someone with a desire to create their own DIY projects. - Someone with ideas. - Someone who likes to work with youth. - Knowledge with video and photo editing. - Digital skills. - Interested in social media.
