Generation for Change CY is a grassroots, non-profit organization striving for a diverse & inclusive society in the EU. We support & empower vulnerable & marginalized communities, including refugees & people of low socioeconomic status, & advocate for social justice in migration, human rights, & interculturalism. We are looking for nine motivated young individuals living in Cyprus (18-30) who are ready to make a tangible impact. They will be involved in our actions and contribute to our mission, gain lifelong skills, & experience Cyprus’ diversity. You will work within our three pillars: Humanitarian Aid, Empowerment & Integration, & Awareness-raising & Advocacy. Taħriġ matul l-attività
During their volunteer experience, participants will undergo training, supervision, and mentorship provided by GFC staff and external partners (including outside Cyprus). This comprehensive support facilitates a seamless induction, enhances preparedness, and fosters continuous development throughout their engagement. Some of the training includes project management, project designing, intercultural competency, graphic designing, social media management, and professional communication.

We are looking for nine motivated young individuals living in the EU (18-30) who are ready and committed to making a tangible impact on human rights, migration, and interculturalism. You will be involved in contributing to our mission, gain lifelong skills, & experience Cyprus’ diversity. You will work within our three pillars: Humanitarian Aid, Empowerment & Integration, & Awareness-raising & Advocacy. We are expecting applications from individuals with a strong interest in engaging in one or more of the following roles: 1. Programming and Project Management: Assisting with organizing, implementing, and managing GFC's projects and initiatives. 2. Humanitarian Aid: Supporting GFC's humanitarian efforts, including providing direct assistance to individuals and communities in need. 3. Sports Initiatives: Assisting with intercultural sports activities and events to foster inclusion and diversity. 4. Teaching: Providing instruction in Greek, English, or ICT/digital skills for migrants and refugees with clear supervision. 5. Research: Supporting research initiatives related to migration, human rights, and social inclusion. 6. Communications: Contributing to outreach, marketing, social media management, and awareness campaigns. 7. Fundraising and Project Proposal Development: Assisting in drafting and managing proposals for EU-funded programs and exploring other funding avenues.
