For the last 4 years, we have been organizing a Youth festival in Rabka-Zdrój, a town in southern Poland. This year, we decided to expand this festival, by involving more towns and cities in our region – and we want YOU to join us! Did you ever want to gain experience with event planning? How about organizing your own festival? Well, now is your chance! We are looking for 30 volunteers that would like to come to Rabka for 35 days and plan a week-long festival – every day of the festival will be held in a different town! Events that we will organize will depend on needs analysis that we do in all the towns that will be involved, but you can expect a series of workshops, shows, cultural events, social events and youth policy events. Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
We will provide you with accommodation in Training and Education Center of Europe4Youth. You will be accommodated in 2-5 person rooms (each room has its own bathroom), and we will provide you with bedding and towels. You will also be provided with 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The house is surrounded by beautiful nature (mountains, forest, river) has an outdoor pool and is close to a big park. We also have a closet full of board-games!

During your stay in Rabka-Zdrój , we can offer you training in: - event organization and management - project management - communication skills - (social) media plan and promotion - music
Profil tal-parteċipant
Volunteers should: - be open for learning and self-development - be able to work in groups, but also independently (which means that you also need to have good time-management skills) - agree with and respect ESC values - be flexible - be creative and motivated - be willing to learn how to run profiles on social media, make films (stories, reels etc.) and record podcasts - be willing to learn to organize and manage social, cultural and educational events and workshops - be tolerant and accepting of other people, their ideas and cultures
