This is a 2-month Erasmus+ Volunteering Team Project and brings together 15 young volunteers from across Europe for an immersive experience in theatre, circus, and movement arts. Participants will alternate between training phases and hands-on support in creative projects with children. In addition to facilitating playful, expressive experiences for children, volunteers will also co-create a theatre-circus performance around contemporary European and global themes. The resources include Physical Theatre, Modern Circus, and Expression in Movement & Art. Practices such as Feldenkrais, yoga, and impulse resonance learning provide meditative and bodily awareness tools. The entire process functions as a collaborative movement laboratory and will end in a final performance by the volunteering team. It is possible to prolong the stay by taking part in intercultural youth project "Expression in Movement and Art" on the Wiesbaden camp site.

Accommodation is arranged by the hosting organization. Participants will share rooms and may be partially housed at a nearby campsite. Travel reimbursement will follow Erasmus+ distance band rates. A local public transport ticket will be provided. Volunteers will receive: A monthly food allowance of €333 €7 per day in pocket money Working time averages 30 hours per week (over 5 days), with 4 vacation days throughout the project.

The training component include: - Intensive theatre and circus training inspired by Augusto Boal’s methods. - Learning pedagogical approaches for working with children through performance and movement. - Participation in several 5-day creative and movement-based projects with children. Participants will also explore non-formal learning tools and develop their facilitation and performance skills in a supportive, artistic environment.
Profil tal-parteċipant
We are looking for young, motivated individuals who are: - Passionate about theatre, circus, or creative arts. - Interested in working hands-on with children through creative and movement-based activities. - Open to learning some German and engaging in a partially German-speaking setting. - Comfortable living and working closely in a communal environment. - Physically active, team-oriented, and curious about creative self-expression. Prior experience is not necessary—just bring an open mind, a playful spirit, and a willingness to dive into a meaningful, artistic journey with children and an international team.
