We invite 4 volunteers from EU and partner countries to join the team at the Panevėžys Education Center "Šviesa"! The center organizes after-school activities and social events for children and young people with intellectual disabilities. Volunteers will assist teachers during lessons, support non-formal educational activities, and have the freedom to initiate their own workshops or events. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, explore a new culture, and contribute to meaningful work. Volunteers will be fully included in the team, and their ideas are welcome and encouraged. Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
Volunteers will live in a separate apartment within the center’s dormitory. Each volunteer will have a private room, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Towels, blankets, pillows, and bed linens will be provided. Internet access is available both at the center (in IT classrooms) and in the accommodation (Wi-Fi). Volunteers will receive pocket money of €150 per month and a food allowance of €180 per month. Travel costs to and from the project will be reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ distance calculator, based on the distance in kilometers.
Taħriġ matul l-attività
Volunteers will participate in On-arrival and Mid-term trainings organized by the National Agency. They will also have the opportunity to learn Lithuanian through an online language course. Weekly meetings and discussions with the coordinator and mentor will support the volunteer's learning and integration. At the end of the project, a final evaluation meeting will be held.

We generally look for volunteers who are dynamic, creative, sociable, patient, and know what they want to do. You should be motivated, willing to learn Lithuanian, able to work in a team, sociable, flexible, and creative.
